Eyeglasses, built here. Not shipped out and hoped for.
Most eyecare offices take your order and mail it to a central lab. We design, measure, and finish glasses in our own lab in New Albany, which is the part that decides whether your glasses actually work. Here's where to start, depending on what you need.

Why the lab changes what you get.
Doing the finishing work in-house means three things you can't get from an online order or a chain that ships everything out:
- The measurement is done here, on your face, with digital imaging that captures each eye separately plus your vertical fit.
- Adjustments are immediate for as long as you own the glasses.
- We stand behind the result, with a standard lens remake of six months at no charge if the prescription is off or changes.
How fast, and how to pay.
- Same day is often possible for single-vision prescriptions when the lenses are on hand. Progressives and specialty lenses are made at an outside lab and finished here, so plan on about a week.
- We accept VSP and EyeMed and verify your plan before you order.
- No vision plan? Ask about COVE Plus. We also discount second pairs, whichever way you pay.
A pair of glasses is only right if it's right on your face, not on paper. That's why the measuring, cutting, and finishing happen here, and why adjustments stay free for as long as you own them. If the prescription is off or changes within six months, the standard remake is on us.
What we ask of you: come back if something feels off. A frame that's pinching, a lens that's not quite sharp, an adjustment that's slipped. Those visits are quick and they're already part of what you paid for.

Read the reviews for yourself on Google →Q.01 Do you really make glasses in-house? +
Yes, for most jobs. We measure, cut, edge, and finish lenses in our own lab. Some lenses (progressives, specialty designs) are made at an outside lab and finished here, and a few frames and vision plans mean the whole job goes out. We tell you which before you order.
Q.02 Can I get glasses same day? +
Often, for single-vision prescriptions when the lenses are on hand. We'll give you a real timeline when you order.
Q.03 What insurance do you take? +
VSP and EyeMed. We verify your specific plan first. No plan? Ask about COVE Plus.
Q.04 Where do I start if I just need an exam first? +
Book an eye exam and we'll handle the eyewear at the same visit.
Glasses made right, by people you'll see again.
Book a visit, get measured properly, and pick frames you'll actually want to wear.
